QIIR Youth Impact
In 2016, QIIR ranked with the Best New Think Tanks. In response to social support and aid, QIIR launches QIIR Youth Impact project which offers a series of training courses covering philanthropic philosophy, vocational skills and academic capabilities to domestic and foreign students. This project proposes to encourage young people to participate in academic activities and voluntary work, while maintaining a positive mentality and enhancing professional qualities.
QIIR Youth Impact is also referred to as CHENG Project, which is constituted of the first letters of five separate words. CHENG conveys our expectations to foster young people with social influence and voluntary spirits.

Volunteer posts
CHENG Project is open to students all year around. According to the scale of each activity, QIIR will involve 3 to 10 volunteers from the talent pool in. Volunteers may register for the following positions:
 
 
[Reception]
Signing guests in on their arrival.
Introducing backgrounds of activities.
Distributing presents or equipment.

 

[Venue services]
Directing traffic and parking.
Assisting the activity coordinators on the spot.
Implementing safety measures.

 

[Acoustical Control]
Handling mixing console
Or other audio devices
Broadcasting the live music.
[Photography]
Taking care of photographic equipment.
Recording the scene of activities by photos and videos.
Pictures and videos post-processing.

 

Training Courses

QIIR provides training courses for volunteers based on their own strengths and interests. Training Courses consist of Post Training and Routine Training. Post Training will undergo in parallel with QIIR activities，Routine Training is cycled and would be held once a month.

Certification Steps

After joining the CHENG Project, volunteers would obtain QIIR volunteer certification by engaging in certain voluntary services and completing required courses.
