QIIR hosted the 5th QIIR Lunch Seminar at the Ehub in Qianhai on March 11, 2016. Mr. John WYLIE conducted a discussion regarding the investment opportunities and challenges the Belt & Road' project is facing. He thinks that the historic Belt and Road (B & R) initiative launched by the Chinese Government will revitalize trading routes by land and by sea between China and Europe and accelerate the economic development of many Asian economies. Trillions of dollars will be invested over a period of several decades, so sound planning is essential.
